Sugar Ridge Resort Jolly Harbour

Relaxing, intimate with an efficient reception.

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably large. We didn't have time and didn't visit the gourmet restaurant for lunch, but it seemed good. Everything was simply amazing.

The place was small and unique and the staff were truly helpful, the location was perfect right on the beach.

There was a very uncomfortable bed.

Service-oriented staff, fine breakfast, excellent wi-fi. The units are luxurious, beautiful. I stay here often and would recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous, clean place and very very nice area. Well-appointed units with a large balcony.

Late check-out was useful. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, however it was clean. The location was lovely, at a moderate distance from a lined beach. The public beach was stunning. Enjoyed their warm drinks, served in the pool bar.

The weather was glorious, had excellent stay. Staff and location were OK, I enjoyed it. Great bedroom and beautiful bathroom. I had access to free parking, amazing pool.

View was wonderful, breakfast was devine, and beds were extremely comfy.

The venue is not very clean tbh, yet it has excellent staff and food. The gourmet restaurant is accommodating, serves distinguished dishes.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Rich breakfast, clean place, perfect views. I enjoyed a convenient decor and beautiful furniture. The personnel was willing to help and seemed to be delightful! Exceptional service and great value.

The bed was horrible, that's my bad luck.

I liked fab staff and service, and so much more. Outstanding view, a roomy balcony, very comfy bed, too. It was impeccably clean, bigger then in most Jolly Harbour hotels. They made my stay WONDERFUL.

We loved this hotel. The room was good sized and had a personal safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a coffee maker. Nearby restaurant was excellent with great food.

Hotel was DELUXE and the room was air-conditioned. Booked table at Carmichael's, it's their onsite restaurant. Property's concierge was top! The hotel of choice in Jolly Harbour.

We appreciated the entire resort, including service and the food. Totally a great experience. Rooms with a magnificent view. Honestly no complaints.
